  Be careful reserving online if you are picking up in Oakland and dont have an extra $500 laying around. Reserved and paid for a rental type on their website that they didn't actually offer at the Oakland site so they "upgraded" us to the pop top style that required a $500 bond up front in case the pop up sustains damage. Now we are waiting in the lobby because the vehicle isn't even ready even though it's well past the scheduled pickup time.
  EDIT: now it's over an hour past the pickup time and the vehicle was given to us for walkthrough. It had apparently not been cleaned after someone took it to burning man because the back is COVERED in dust and food particles. They have asked their maintenance staff to actually clean it which should have been done prior to trying to give it to a customer for use.
  .....2 hours after scheduled pickup we are on the road. The cup holders still have trash and dried stuff inside. This thing drives pretty well, hopefully it holds up after whoever used it before us tore it up
