  I have been trying to get a headstone for my Mom since April,(It's now almost December.) With Abilities help, I've been able to import just what my family wanted. Unfortunately, our cargo was not properly secured. The angel had a broken wing and scratched up face. May went out of her way and gave me advise on how to proceed.

  May and Ability Customs Brokers are without question the brightest light at the end of what seemed, at times, like a very dark tunnel. We, the ISB Network INC. are blessed to have found them to handle business importing items made in Thailand and offering them to International School of Bangkok Alumnae in North America at both our biannual reunions and online through our Shack Mercantile store. May is/was so patient with us, as we are not importers by trade, but rather, volunteer directors feeling our way through a process that we are just now beginning to understand.   May and her staff at Ability made my first importation such an easy task!!! They provided me with step to step guidance and were always on hand to answer my many questions I had.
  
  I contacted many broker before reaching Ability. I talked to many broker in the bay area and many only relied once to my inquires. They seem uninterested in helping with my importation needs, yes I wasn't I giant distributor so I figure that was the reason behind many brokers decision to not respond. Even Flexport was poor in their effort in guiding me to the right direction with their massive marketing tactics making them likely the first place to go as a new importer.
  
  Thank heavens I found Ability!!! They helped me with my tropical fish importation and went out their way in getting my inventory cleared from customs.
  
  They've definitely earned my respect and my business in helping me reach my personal business goals!!!!
  
  Not to mention, they are very reasonable with their fee. At least in my case with tropical fish importation.
