  It took almost one hour to pick up, the staff was totally lost in their on process, they didn't know what they are charging you, when I called because I have some questions, the answer they gave me was "I don't know", they were impolite, bad presentation and slow drop off. After pickup, we tried to add a package of 500 miles and was decline (you can add miles only when you reserve the RV). When we were finishing the drop off, we called a taxi cab. The taxi cab was there and we realized that something was wrong with the payment. The staff charged wrong (AGAIN) and we have to pay a lot for the taxi that was waiting for us. However the RV was OK.
