  Horrible dealing with them! Issue involves a workers comp policy for my husband's business which is now closed since he passed away. Promised numerous times that I would receive a phone call from the owner - never happened!! Finally went to office today to resolve. The owner exists!! But now I know why I'll never get the issue resolved through this office - no interest on their part to resolve and no initiative! Don't take your insurance business to this company! If you ever have a claim or issue they won't assist you!
