  this facility does not follow MD orders or patient and family requests. My Father had a fall 2 hours after his arrival because they did not follow MD orders to use a walker, gait belt and assistant. We not only signed a paper for no hospital transports, DNR etc...but also verbally refused one day and they still sent him to have a chest xray and labs then proceeded to lie and say that I gave permission.. he nurses aides and the psychiatrist were great and gave good care. This is the only reason why I gave 2 stars. I have reported this facility to joint commission and CAHN. You should read the results before you allow your family to be in this facility.
