  I'd give the Marina Inn 5 stars if it were based on location and staff but unfortunately my work van was stolen out of the parking lot a few days ago and kind of ruined the experience.
  
  I realize the hotel has little to do with this but I would be very wary of theft in the area. Bring everything you can to your room.
  
  This is one of the nicer areas in San Leandro but try to park as close to the front door as possible. I was right under a light.
  
  Haven't heard anything back from the police but I'll be sure to update the post if they find the van. Until then I'm out thousands of dollars in tools and a nice cargo van.
  
  R.I.P van, you'll be greatly missed.
  
  Also, if you see a White Ford E250 driving around with Iowa plates from Sioux Falls Ford. Call the police for me.
