  STGUSA don't communicate, don't want your business and really don't want you there.
  
  If you are picking up your own shipment, get exact height and wi of your pallet in writing FROM THEM. Also call them to get fees for loading into a van.
  
  You need to pay cash. Bring an extra $100 because there will be fees. Lots of fees.
  
  It's probably easier to get someone else to do this for you. Like hiring an account for your taxes and a lawyer if you are being sued, it's worth a fair amount of money not to have to deal with this company as an individual. Leave it to the experts.
