  I am in my twenties and was having gum recession and periodontal disease even though I took great care of my teeth. Saw Dr. Jen Lai for root planing and scaling. A couple months later, we noticed some improvement. The biggest improvement came after my hygienest Lynn recommended I use "soft picks" to clean in between my gums. Floss was not working well since I am so sensitive. After doing this, we noticed a great improvement in my gums and my mouth is now stable :) I am very glad I paid more to come here compared to a general dentist. Regular cleanings cost $142 as of this post.
